The exercise included on this page uses EXAKT CBM modeling software. EXAKT is an advanced Living RCM Certified® reliability analysis system that predicts a component’s remaining useful life based on its age and current condition. A maintenance department achieves continuous equipment reliability improvement by capturing and then analyzing accurate history data. The videos illustrate the theory and practice needed for obtaining analyzable event data. A trial version of EXAKT and sample data can be downloaded from this page.
